Amenities :  In the Whitewater home you will find a large HD-Flatscreen-TV and a computer with internet access. You may also want to bring your own laptop because we also provide free WiFi internet. Another bonus we provide is a free phone for local, national and even free calls to Canada, England, Spain and a few more countries. There is no limit to the minutes. If you call other countries than USA then only calls to landline phones are free. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen ware, range, refrigerator, taster & coffeemaker. The baths are a bathtub/shower combination, wide vanity and toilette. Every bedroom has a King-size-bed. No need to fight with your family for who is getting the best beds because they are all the same size and comfort. If you need extra bedding, the two sofas the living room folding open to queen size beds. Bedding ware, towels, beach towels is plenty available for everyone. A laundry room with washer and dryer is also in the home. The private backyard is Western exposed and with an 6 feet tall privacy fence surrounded. You can find many tropical plants including some real large trees. You will love the 12' x 10' large screen enclosed gazebo with a cozy outdoor garden furniture set. Beside that you find launch chairs, a BBQ-Grill, and a power heated hot-tub/spa. We even thought of fold-beach-chairs and sun-umbrellas for you to take to your beach visits. No need to buy beach accessories in your vacation. For fishermen we include two fishing poles, which can be used to catch same fish at the pier at Fort Myers Beach for a later backyard BBQ. If you book for 7 or more guests you would receive automatically also the adjoining Whitewater II home. Each has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 laundry room and one private, fenced garden. Between the backyards is also a 6' tall fence but with a gate in case you want to commute with your family throughout both backyards. This lets you either enjoy privacy, inside and outside the home or you join with your friends an family as you like.

Attraction :  It's location makes a car not necessary as restaurants and shopping can be reached by foot and the beaches by the included four bicycles or the beach trolley, which swings back and for to the beach every 20 minutes. A bicycle trail not only goes to the beaches of Ft Myers Beach but also to Sanibel Island and Bunche Beach. The home is located set back in an open, quite community, away from all the traffic but still close to get to all main roads in just a few turns. A large public pool plus a second for kids with slides can be found in the Fort Myers Beach Community park.
