Description :  Our fully air-conditioned home was primarily selected because of its lakeside setting. Set in a prime, much sought after area, on the edge of a beautiful private lake with fish, birds and other wildlife. Eagle Pointe is a quiet and safe residential area yet only minutes away from the shops and restaurants and 12 minutes to Disney. We have a local Management Company who are on hand to assist you with any query or service as well as keeping the villa well maintained. In order to keep the villa to a high standard there is no smoking or pets allowed. This style and size of villa is usually configured as a 4-bedroom house, however we prefer to offer it as a 3-bedroom with the added bonus of an extra room (den).

Facilities include: Large 32” T.V with cable DVD/VHS player and CD/HiFi in lounge area. T.V’s with cable in all bedrooms, Xbox and selection of games, Poolside furniture. All rooms have ceiling fans.
