Description :  the shires is a Large family house on a small Gated community at the Manors westridge just minutes to all Attraction Florida has on offer, new upgrade this year this is a suitable Vacation home for all the Family to enjoy.

Amenities :  One of the main features of the villa is the great South facing pool with over-sized pool deck. The area is not overlooked and in addition to the pool, there is a large patio area with 4 sun loungers, plus a table and 4chairs with parasol for when you decide to eat lunch out by the pool. We also have a large double garage which is a great get away for the children THE GAMES ROOM for are young guest our children love it , **built by children for children** you can relax near the pool knowing your children are safe in the villa playing on the X Box/DVD TV or a game of snooker come and shoot some hoops we will be adding more items to this room in January 2006

Attraction :  Disney World is 10 minutes away. The closest golf course is just 2.5 minutes from the front door of our villa, and there are many more to choose from. Guests of 'The Shires' have free use of the clubhouse and gym and there is also a large community pool available. The Manors North is a quiet community located just off Highway 27 within easy reach of the I4 interstate.
