Description :  Our immaculate, fully air-conditioned, family home was primarily selected due to its private tranquil lakeside setting. Set in a prime, much sought after area, on the edge of a beautiful private lake with an abundance of fish, birds and other wildlife. Eagle Pointe is a quiet and safe residential area yet only minutes from the shops and restaurants. The Disney attractions are ten minutes away with some of the best florida beaches reached within an hour.

Amenities :  Our luxurious fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom family home is furnished to a very high standard with 2 bathrooms. Set on the edge of a tranquil lake within landscaped gardens it is within easy reach of all major Orlando attactions. Our fully air-conditioned home has a large private swimming pool with covered lanai and screened pool deck allowing for both sunbathing and outside dining - overlooking a large lake and conservation area. The pool deck has a range of very luxurious pool furniture for your comfort. Beach towles are also provided at the villa. The large master bedroom contains a King size bed, cable TV and DVD player, walk in wardrobe and large en-suite with corner bath, twin vanities, shower cubicle and separate toilet. The swimming pool may be accessed from the master bedroom via patio doors that offer outstanding views onto the lake and leafy woodland area. The 2nd luxurious themed bedroom offers a Queen size bed with cable TV and the third fun bedroom has twin beds. The large open kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances with separate laundry room with washer/dryer and ironing facilities. The kitchen overlooks bright family / TV room. For your enjoyment this has cable TV, DVD player, VHS player and a CD music system. There is a selection of movies on DVD plus music CD's for your enjoyment. There is also a selection of board games and books for your use. For added luxury there is a second elegent formal lounge with dining area - ideal for breaking away from the rest of the family or more of a family occasion dinner. This second lounge also has a double sofa bed. Brand new is our fully equipped games room with pool table, table tennis, soccer table, chequers, CD player and drinks cooler. There is a Play Station 2 with games available for your use. Our most recent 'famous' guest kindly signed his team football shirt and this is now framed and takes pride of place on the wall!!

Attraction :  The prestigious community of Eagle Pointe is situated just a few miles down Poinciann Blvd. Poincianna Blvd. is just off the popular 192 with its famous shops and restaurants. Poincianna Blvd. is inbetween Old Town and and Medeival Times. 10 mins from Disney gates, 15 mins from Sea World and 20 mins from Universal. We have a large Wal-Mart just a couple of minutes drive from the villa too.
