The other has a selection of toys for our younger guests. Both have ceiling fans 3 bathrooms The 3rd (family) bathroom is conveniently positioned between the 2 twin bedded rooms 2 living areas Lounge/dining room with 2 comfortable sofas (2 seater, 3 seater). For your convenience there is a PC with high speed broadband connection which is FREE for your use. There is also a CD/cassetter/radio. Family room again there are two comfortable sofas (2 seater, 3 seater). There is also a 32" LCD flat screen cable TV with 75 channels to choose from. Numerous family board games are also supplied. A DVD player with a selection of DVDs. Sliding doors lead from this beautiful room to the pool deck. The doors can be alarmed for added security if you have young children among your party. Kitchen/breakfast area The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including fridge/freezer with ice maker, waste disposal, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher. All cutlery, crockery, glassware and plastic bowls, cups (for use in the pool area)are provided. There is also a good range of cooking equipment for those who like to self cater. As well as the formal dining table in the lounge area, there is also a table and chairs in the kitchen area. Private swimming pool & hot tub Our screened pool area has the benefit of wonderful views across the golf course. Safety fencing is provided, around the pool to protect young children. The hot tub has adjustable jets, adjustable temperature control, coloured "mood" lights and a waterfall feature. Heating is available for the pool Pool heating is optional and an extra fee is charged. Games area Pool table, air hockey table and electronic darts game. The darts have safe plastic points. Laundry Facilities Our home is equipped with full laundry facilities including a washing machine, separate drier, iron, ironing board, laundry baskets in all bedrooms and a clothes line in the garage to dry off all your swimming stuff.

It is a peaceful, gated community with a guard on duty 24/7. Residential and rental homes are set around this upscale, beautiful golf course. The elegant golf clubhouse has a restaurant and bar and is the perfect place for breakfast, lunch or dinner or to just unwind after an enjoyable round of golf. Kids menu is available. The breakfast buffet on Sunday morning is a great way to start the day. Southern Dunes restaurant is open 7 days a week: Breakfast 7:00am – 11:00am (except Sunday 8:30 – 11:00 a.m. breakfast buffet), Lunch 11:00am – 5:00pm, Dinner (Wed, Thu, Fri) 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. The bar has Happy Hour from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wed, Thu, Fri. If your planning on playing some golf whilst you're at Southern Dunes, there is a drivng range, putting green and pro shop which is well stocked with clothing and golf equipment. A beverage cart goes round the course several times a day - fully stocked and ready to serve you as it travels round the course. The golf carts are all equipped with GPS. Located off US Highway 27, about 7 miles south of Junction 55 of Interstate 4. Southern Dunes golf course is within 20 minutes drive of Walt Disney World, 15 minutes from Cypress Gardens and about 1 hour from Busch Gardens and the beaches . There are also tennis courts, play area for the children, library and gym. Just outside the gates, within walking distance from Roowood you have the convenience of supermarkets (24 hour WalMart and Winn Dixie), shops, restaurants and a bank. Local restaurants include The All Star Bar and Grill, Beef O'Bradys, T-Bones, and our favorite - Manny's Chophouse.
