Description :  Pongo’s Paradise is a four bedroom, three bathroom (two en-suite) family vacation home with a private heated swimming pool and a covered lanai with spa/hot tub. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove and oven, garbage disposal, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, toaster, blender and iron. Everything needed for preparing any kind of meals. The formal dining room, situated near the kitchen, comfortably accommodates up to six people. We have added Wireless high speed internet with a small computer desk in the corner of the dining room. This will enable our guests to surf the net from their own laptop anywhere in the home or at the computer desk. If you need to rent a laptop, let us know, we would be happy to recommend a company that will provide that for you. This spacious lounge area adjoins the kitchen and dining room and opens onto the lanai (patio area). There is a 51-inch big screen television with HD Digital cable channels, video, stereo, DVD and Playstation 2 game console with a selection of games. Also, a selection of movies are available. This room has patio doors that open directly onto the lanai, which leads to the swimming pool and spa area. The first master bedroom has a king sized bed and adjoins the master en-suite bathroom. There is a spacious walk-in closet via the bathroom and additional storage is available in the chest of drawers and two nightstands. The room is also equipped with a television with cable. There is a sliding glass door leading to the covered lanai and pool and spa. The second master bedroom has a Queen double bed and a private en-suite bathroom. There is also a walk-in closet, a chest of drawers, nightstands, and a television with cable and a VCR. We have decorated this bedroom and bath with a wonderful tropical palm tree design. Two Twin Bedrooms, both in Wonderful themed designs; one in honor of Pongo himself .... and one in a bright Surfing & Lilo and Stitch theme, have walk in closets, chest of drawers and Cable TV. There is a bathroom between these two bedrooms. Enjoy all the sunshine in the private south-facing swimming pool and spa. Our screened pool area offers lots of privacy, boasting a privacy wall to the rear and hedges and fences to the sides. There are also lounge chairs and a fabulous new spa/hot tub for the added enjoyment of our guests There is a covered patio area, open to the swimming pool, which is complete with a patio table and four chairs for alfresco dining on any Florida night. We have just added a Game Room with a Pool table and Foosball in the garage for our guest's enjoyment.
