Amenities :  The accommodation comprises of a spacious fully fitted kitchen complete with large fridge/freezer (with auto ice-maker), dishwasher, microwave, coffee percolator, espresso/cappuccino maker, waffle maker, etc. dining area with seating for 8 people and patio door onto pool and spa. The great room which has a cathedral ceiling and foliage cascading down the walls with accent lighting has the true Florida atmosphere. There are 3 double bedrooms. There is a 27" Cable TV (over 60 channels), VCR, DVD, stereo HI-FI with CD, PlayStation with two pads, a selection of PlayStation games and a selection of Videos. The study area has a variety of books, jig-saws and board games for all ages. The large sofa easily converts to a comfortable queen size sofa bed. master bedroom with King size bed, ceiling fan and cable TV and VCR also has an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, hair dryer, etc., and walk-in closet and patio doors opening directly onto the pool and spa. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom, in a "tweety" theme has twin beds. All have built-in wardrobes. The second bathroom is complete with bath/shower, hair dryer, etc. Radio/Alarm in each bedroom. The large, private, south-facing, screened pool, spa and dining area is totally superb and is only a few yards from the lakeside where a wide variety of ducks and cranes regularly visit. There is plenty of room for sunbathing to your hearts content and the lighting around the pool area and the underwater lighting ensures that you can enjoy the pool and spa all night long - if you so wish. The neighbors at either side are over 30ft away. The spacious outdoor dining area has an overhead fan and light. The patio furniture is comfortable with 6 padded chairs and a full size table, 4 full length loungers with deep padded cushions and a 2-seater swing with canopy. A full gas Barbeque may be used (we ask for a refundable 'cleaning' deposit) We have also fitted a poolside shower for your pleasure and convenience. The pool and spa is usually pleasantly warm from April through to October. The heating may be switched on as an optional extra at any time of year. This you can decide before or after you arrive. Please note that the spa is not heated separately but there are 'bubble maker jets' which you may turn on whenever you wish. The villa is fully air conditioned to keep you cool on hot days and for the occasional cool winter evening there is central heating.

Attraction :  The above villa is located approximately 5 miles east of Disney. They are less than 1 mile off highway 192 which has an abundance of major stores including Nike outlet, Dress Barn, Van Heusen, Ben Worth, vast gift shops, restaurants, buffets, eat-in and take-aways, including Outback, Roadhouse, Red Lobster, Golden Corral, Shoney's, Sonny's, Burger King, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Dunkin' Donuts, Waffle House, Twistee Treat, bars including some British 'pubs', mini golf, go-karts, Helicopter tours, Air Boat Rentals, Medieval Times, factory outlets, Walmart 24 hour Supercenter and much more. There are several great golf courses and golf outlets just a short drive away. Whether you are an expert or beginner you will easily find a course to suit you and most have covered karts to help keep you cool and make life easy getting around the course. All the attractions at Disney World which has Magic Kingdom Park, Epcot, Disney MGM Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon are within a 20 minute drive. Universal Studios and Seaworld are just 30 minutes away. International Drive and various outlet malls are within easy reach where you may ‘shop till you drop’
