Description :  Our beautiful luxury 6 bedroom, 5 bath ranch home is charming on the outside and huge on the inside. It has volume and trey ceilings and beautiful archways. It is just 3 miles from Disney and is located in the exclusive enclave area at Emerald Island Resort.

Amenities :  With 6 bedrooms and 5 baths, you will find our Disney Vacation Home to be very spacious and inviting. There are two king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms. There are also two twin bedrooms. In the living room, you will find a queen-size sofa sleeper. The king bedrooms have full bathrooms with oversized soaking tubs and separate large walk-in showers. The queen bedrooms each have a full bathroom. The two twin bedrooms share a full bathroom. All linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and a full size washer and dryer are provided for your use. There is a breakfast nook and another separate dining area for the whole family to gather and eat. The dining room overlooks the front porch area. The extra large family room overlooks the pool and patio area. The air conditioned game room has a pool table, a foosball table, an electronic dart board, an assortment of board games, books, puzzles and Legos. We also have tennis rackets stored in the game room for your use at the Clubhouse tennis area. There is a Play Station 2 in the family room. We have 7 TV's, 4 DVD's, and 1 VCR in the house for your enjoyment. For the babies, we have provided free of charge two strollers, a high chair and a pack 'n play crib. For additional needs see www.abbf.com. Around the pool area, there is a covered lanai with a ceiling fan to help keep you cool, plus lounge chairs and tables on the oversized pool deck. The pool and deck are fully screened along with a child safety fence directly around the pool. Pool heat is optional, and is provided by a gas-fired heater for quick heating of the spa and pool. We have provided free unlimited local, long distance and international telephone calls for your convenience. We are sure you will enjoy your Disney Holiday Vacation at our beautiful La Isla home.
