Downstairs has one Bedroom with a queen size bed and one Bathroom. Downstairs also has a queen size sofa bed couch. Enjoy the convenience of a first floor bathroom, and refrigerator – perfect for those lazy outside days! Ensure everyone's comfort with separate air conditioning systems for the upstairs and downstairs. You’ll find all of the conveniences you expect – comfortable accommodations, fresh linens, plenty of kitchen utensils, laundry machines, and a gas barbeque grill.
