Description :  Our Luxury Lakeside Villa is situated in the beautiful community of Eagle Pointe. Boasting a south-facing 30ft private pool with stunning views over the lake and conservation area, where much bird life can be observed. Peace and tranquility, yet only a 10 mins drive to the main entrance of Disney and just off the Hwy 192 with its abundance of shops, restaurants and attractions. This fully A/C, 4 Bed/2 Bath Villa has been refurbished to a very high standard. All rooms are fitted with ceiling fans for extra comfort. The Master Bedroom boasts views over the Lake and Conservation area. It has a King-size Bed, TV, DVD, huge walk in wardrobe and ensuite, comprising of twin vanities, bath, shower and wc. The other Double Bedroom has a Queen-size Bed, dresser, fitted wardrobe, DVD and TV. Both Twins (one which is Disney themed for our younger guests!) have fitted wardrobes and dressers. There is also a Family Bathroom with vanity, shower and wc. The Living Room is an ideal place to unwind after a busy day at Disney. The Family Room, with patio doors leading to the pool, has Cable Plasma TV, DVD and Hi-Fi System. Plus CD Library, books and a selection of Board Games. The Dining Room is big enough for the whole family to gather for those special occasions. There is also a Breakfast Area which leads to the fully equipped Kitchen – with every appliance, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, huge Fridge/freezer with water dispenser and ice-maker, and Waste Disposal. Also a Laundry Area with Washer, Dryer, Iron and Ironing-board. Not forgetting the 30ft pool. Comfortably furnished with table, chairs and loungers. Overlooking the Lake and Conservation Area, the pool and patio lights up at night. Ideal for those late outdoor drinks and al-fresco dining! For the more energetic, there is Table-Tennis, Pool, Table-football and Darts in the Games Room. For those who enjoy their solitude, fishing is allowed in the lake.
