Description :  Here at Estero Beach & Tennis Club, we have a 12th floor condo, located at the southern end of the island. We have a beautiful view of the gulf and bay. This truly is a great island feeling with water all around. The condo offers a lanai overlooking 10 acres of pristine landscaping. Direct access to the 7 mile beach of gleaming white sands and the gulf. We also have a wildlife sanctuary where birds feed throughout the day and dolphins, roseate spoonbill, osprey, and heron are plentiful.

Amenities :  Our 1 bedroom units are decorated in casual Florida style. Each have a king size bed , 1 sofa sleeper, full bath with shower, and ceiling fan. The living rooms have a sofa that converts into a sleeper for extra family and friends and a chair for relaxing and reading or listening to the stereo or CD player. Each unit has a sliding glass door leading to the LANAI with either Eastern exposure to watch the beautiful sunrise or a Western exposure to enjoy the awesome sunsets. You can watch the boats going out of the marina or just relax and sip a cool drink. Kitchens The kitchens have everything you need to prepare full course meals to enjoy at the table or on the lanai. Just like home with a full size refrigerator and stove, all the dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, coffeemaker, blender, microwave, and telephone with answering machine to get calls when you are out on the beach! The grounds The best Fort Myers Beach has to offer! 10 acres of beautifully landscaped and manicured lawns, four clay tennis courts, shuffleboard, gas barbeque grills for grilling you favorite foods, a heated swimming pool,(beach towels are provided) and an area for relaxing in the chaise loungers, or just enjoying the sun.

Attraction :  The Beach Theater, Florida's most unique movie theater, with full menu located at South end of island. Pirate Pete's Movie Rentals Bodwitch Point Park is great for nature walkers.
