Description :  Location: Our House with swimming pool is located in the beautiful Southwest area of Cape Coral. Sanibel/Captiva beaches are 21 miles away. Ft. Myers beach is 17 miles. The local Cape Coral Yacht Club with swimming pool, beach, & Pier is just minutes away. Right down the street from our house is the Cape Harbor Yachting Community with waterfront shops, dining, & marina. We are also conveniently located near a Publix grocery, store pharmacy, & numerous shops. About our house: Cathedral ceiling with large Kitchen, Great room & living room. Tile floors throughout, except bedrooms which are carpeted. Four Bedrooms sleeps seven. Amenities: Swimming pool (heated). Air Conditioning, Wireless Internet, Cable TV, DVD Player, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Cooking utensils provided, Linens provided, Washer & Dryer, & Garage. No Smoking allowed. Activities nearby: Biking trail right in front of our house, Golf, Tennis, Library, Miniature golf, Fishing, Wildlife viewing, Shopping Malls, Restaurants, Cinemas, Swimming, Boating, Sailing, Waterskiing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, & Shelling. Airports: Ft. Myers International airport & Charlotte County airport are both close by. Rates: Peak season December thru April-$950 a week. Non-Peak $650 a week. Holiday rates may vary.
