Amenities : Our luxury villa is situated on the Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club.
Approximately 20 minutes away from Disney and about an hour away from the beaches, it is just the right location to get away from the hustle and bustle of the attractions but close enough to give you quick and easy access to the parks.
It can accommodate up to eight people in the four spacious bedrooms (one super king master, one queen and two twins).
The Kitchen has plenty of work surfaces and is fitted with a fridge freezer (including an ice-maker), oven, kettle, toaster, blender, waste disposal unit, dishwasher, microwave and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you will need.
We have a separate utility room which contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
There is a dining area fitted with a large table and chairs, and there is also an additional breakfast nook.
The master bedroom consists of a super king bed, walk in wardrobe and en-suite shower room with extra large shower.
The queen sized bedroom contains two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a built in wardrobe and a TV.
We have themed one of our twin bedrooms as a 'Winnie the Pooh' room.
The remaining bedroom has two twin beds and plenty of wardrobe space and storage.
The lounge has three comfortable sofas, cable TV, CD player and a video player.
The villa also has its own private pool which is covered by a fine mesh screen which lets in the sun but keeps the bugs out, (the pool can be heated in the winter if required for an additional charge).
There are sun loungers and a table with chairs on the extended deck area by the pool (which is large enough to provide both sun and shade), and can be accessed from the master bedroom or from the living room. There are pool and patio lights for evening swimming. This pool is regularly cleaned and maintained by our management company.
The villa also has a driveway for parking at the front, however there is an adjoining double garage, also containing a table tennis table.
Tennis racquets, a high chair, travel cot and stroller are available for your use. |
Attraction : The Southern Dunes complex is located at exit 55 on Highway 27, 7 miles south of Interstate 4. This is 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 80 minutes from Sanford Airport. It is also only about 30 minutes from Seaworld, Universal Studios and International Drive. |
